Burris customer service

I see this is an older post and I'm beginning to think things have changed at Burris. I won a 60% off certificate at a predator hunt and order a Fullfield 3 9 40 Ill. reticle. After approx 6 weeks I've not received any type of notification, nothing charged to debit card. I emailed twice, no reply. I called twice, first 10 mins on hold then dropped call. Second time 5 mins on hold and then I was told called was being transferred but it was 5 mins before closing so it would probably just go to voicemail. Somewhat discouraging
