Well here is the deal. Some time ago someone asked about the Burris Eliminator. I said my buddy had one but the reticle didnt show up when it was bright out with snow, I posted that about a month or two ago.
Well I received an message on here from the Burris Rep. who said he was aware of one other one with a similiar issue. He wanted to know my buddies name so he could contact him and get it taken care of. Long story short the Rep contacted him and he is sending it in to get looked at.
The Burris Rep. could have said nothing and let him/us think that is just how the scope was, he didnt and is taking care of a problem we didnt even know existed. So heres some more praise for Burris customer service.
