I am considering a Burris Elim 3 does anyone know what states they are legal for Big Game Hunting?

Well sending in my order form tomorrow for my Burris E-3! Hope I like it. Going to throw it on the new 300win mag. If I don't like it I will be going with the NF.

For a total package scope (Scope, compensating reticle, laser rangefinder, automatically corrects for angles, acts like a reticle in a FFP, and ballistic software), I don't think there is anything that can even come close to touching it for a LR hunting scope.
