Bushnell 3200 Elite vs. Nikon Buckmaster

Quote:
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the warranty on the Nikon is life time and the Bushnell is 1 year. I guess if all things were close to being even, I'd personally go for the lifetime warranty.

Bushnell has a lifetime warranty also. It just has a 1 year no questions asked warranty, which means if you are not happy with the scope 1 year from the time of the purchase, Bushnell will purchase the scope back from you.

Im in the market for a new scope as well. I love my friends 3200 3x9. It has rain guard and that is one awesome scope. Never held the buckmasters but it was high on my list. I think im sold on the rain guard.

i think i'll be first in line /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif and i won't have to pay shipping /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Thanks for the correction!  You can't go wrong with Bushnell with a policy like that. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

compare the two in real low light conditions and see what you come up with. I was not real impressed with either of my 3200's. just food for thought. ....... maybe i had two bad ones.

For what it's worth, my buddy and I each have R-15's. He runs a Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42 (mildot) on his and I run a 4200 2.5-10x40 (multi-x) on mine. We went shooting together last weekend and my 4200 was much more clear on the target at 100 yards when comparing them side by side. I wish I had my 3200 there to compare.

I'm a big Bushnell 4200 fan and will probably top most all my AR's with them.
