bushnell scope repair time?

You should have received a repair number by now. Use the number to check on the repair time for your scope. Call or email them. In my case, I had to pay a $10 return shipping charge and was pleased with their service.

would of been happy at 10 days. even 20 days. 42 days as of today.

Had a pair of Bushnell binoculars that became defective after 20+ years. When I called customer service, they were aware that the coating on the binocular's case would decompose and make them useless. I received a comparable new model no charge within 2 weeks. After waiting 42 days, I think you should call for a status report. Please let us know how this turns out.

yes. called monday. yoyo on phone told me it was hunting season and their busy time of year. my scope needed replaced and they had no scopes in stock. yoyo said it would be mid december before i could expect a scope. i told yoyo it wasnt hunting season when i sent it in. he gave me a line of bs about the retailers ordering their scopes way before hunting seasons start. a bunch of bs. i told him i wanted to talk to somebody higher up. a superviser or somebody like that. he said hold on. yoyo came back and said all suprvisors were busy. took my name and number. said super would call later that day when not busy. i never got a call. not happy with bushnell!
one good thing. yoyo said there would be no charge to ship it back because it was a 3200 series. whoopie.

I wouldn't be a happy camper in your shoes. You should ask the next guy just what it is that you're supposed to do about your hunting season, now that you don't have your scope? Buy a Leupold to replace it?

i had more luck today stu. talked to a guy named drew cross. told him what had happened up to now and right away it sounded like he wanted to help. told him what yoyo told me monday. could tell he did want to help. that was a good sign. told me he was going to go talk to his superviser and put me on hold. came back and told me same thing yoyo did monday. no scopes like mine in stock to replace mine and didnt know when there would be.

BUT he asked his super if he could upgrade me to a model they had in stock. super said yeah. going to send me one 2 day air. least i got a scope coming.

drew cross was the guys name. told me to ask for him if i ever needed anything else. good man. i will be sending bushnell a email telling them just that.

I have sent 2 in to Bushnell. One very recently.

I shouldn't really be saying this but.................as with all imported brands, if you know what gets "repaired" and what gets automatically replaced, replaced takes a lot less time. If you get my drift. Most will usually "upgrade" for you if they do not have your exact model on hand.

The problem with Bushnell (and other popular brands which are merely importers and not actual manufacturers) is that their CS takes MUCH longer than actual scope makers like Leupold.........
