Cabela's Ft Worth

I was up in Arlington this past weekend and took a ride up to where Cabela's is to open a store in Spring 05'.

Great big 3 story place, they were still working on the roof, laying asphalt and working like a bunch of bees in the hive trying to meet that dead line.

If the weather doesn't help any they may have to push it back to Summer.

But it's coming along and will be great to have one for when I go visit the "out-laws" I'll have a place to get out to.

North on 35W take the SH170 exit way up by the airport and Speed way stay on service road past Pilot truck stop it'll be on the right.
 
Also getting another Bass Pro Shop in Garland on I-30 @ Chaha.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Supposed to be 115,000 sq. ft... Can't hardly wait...
 
did they open one in austin??? I have an investigators conference there in march /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif may not spend as much time in class now!!!!!

The one outside of Austin has not opened up just yet. I will have to check to see when it will and let you know if it is during the time you are in Austin.

If its any thing like the one in Wheeling WVA, it will be unreal!! They have a shuttle bus running back and forth to the entrance to the parking lt! It that big.

Yes everythig is going pretty good.
I told you before that I did not post much, only when I some information that I can pass along.

BTW the company that I work for think that working full time mean that I do not get any days off.
