cabelas LED light mount

The 0nly problem I had with mine was the pressure switch quit working on me,I sent it back with no problems at all and I took a hot glue gun and globbed a little bit where the wire comes out of the housing and haven't had a problem with it yet.Another little trick take a can cold hickey and cut the bottom out makes a nice halo guard and only cost a buck at wally world.
 
I just bought mine and it showed up broken. They haven't fixed anything. I think it's just luck of the draw. I think it's a quick shoddy job of soldering plus anchoring the pressure switch wire to the housing. The only anchor it has is the solder point. With the thin wire they use, a slight tug will break that easily. Dont be afraid to take the wire housing plate apart. They are very simple with minimal parts. Mine works like a charm now and seems bombproof. After you re-solder, a little hot glue on the inside near the wire hole should keep it from breaking again.
