Very good Read guys. I was just curious, everyone talks about the catty smells in the cage, how about mousey smells? Has anyone ever tried that?
I started raising mice for bait last year and took the bedding I was throwing away and started bedding the back of the trap with it (heavy) and using a mouse bait. After that I started rethinking what I was doing. I think the catty smells work a little better later in the season towards breeding season but for the most part a cat always has food on his mind. What you think?
I sure am impressed that this hasn't turned in to a Hot dog contest.
