its been awhile since i set a cage trap; when i did it was usually on a complaint or in a building (usuallya barn). i found out that animals (especially coon) would refuse to walk on the bare wire; started putting a lite covering of dried grass clippings or straw on the floor of the trap and that upped my catch. just mentioned it in case you ran into an animal that didnt want to enter the cage.
 
How are you guys dispatching your bobcats? Pistol or choke pole? Looks like a pistol would be the way to do it the more I look at it.

nothing exciting like bobcats, but here are a few pics from earlier this year.. I cut my trapping short this year.

I have only caught one bobcat in a cage before and it was a young bobcat..

What are the dimensions of the traps you guys are using. I don't have access to a welder. Where can a man buy some.
