Calling fox with fox and/or pup sounds????

Johnny Stewart Inc was bought by Hunter Specialities with certain clauses in the deal to keep the name Johnny Stewart on it's products.

Dennis Kirk is now sold exclusively by www.huntsmart.com They are the Nite Lite people down in Arkansas.

Huntsmart/Nite Lite and Hunter Specialities are totally different.
 
Finally had the grey fox pup distress work!!! Nice fella e-mailed me the sound and i loaded it. Last night two greys charged so hard they almost ran the caller over...then they died. Dont know why this sound never worked before...I guess we just didn't give a fair chance.
 
Anyone have any calling tips for the greys when the snow gets deeper? Ive noticed a sharp decline in responses after the snow gets to 8 to 10 inches deep and when its really cold maybe 10 degrees or less.My guess is they have shorter legs than other predators and they know they will expend alot of energy responding.I know they still have to eat but i think they move much less. Any thoughts?
 
The greys definately move much less after a deep snow. I had always read that they will hole up and they do seem to disappear for awhile.

Hunting with a friend on here the Johnny stewart gray pup distress is the rolls royce for calling in them grays,incredible how they respond within minutes,sometimes they come into you like a freight train ready to bite your leg .
 
Could someone help me or tell me where to find js grey fox pup distress on cd I cant seem to find it. Also I wouldnt trust the downloads on western rivers to much if you play the bobcat distress sound real loud you can hear someone laughing on the recording.
 
I dont know what it is but they cant resist JS grey fox pup. If they dont come to that they probably wont come. I have used foxpros grey fox pup but I dont think it works as good. All my buddies that have a Foxpro calles has put JS grey fox pup on it. Thats about the only call I use for greys.
 
Go to Allpredatorcalls.com and buy the Johnny Stewart Gray Fox Calls Volume 1 CD. The Gray Fox Pup sound is the second track. Just finished loading it onto my FX5.
