Camo Dip, how does it hold up?

How well is your camo dip holding up? How much do you carry the gun? Any spots where the dip is rubbing off or showing through?

I've never owned a camo gun, but plan to soon. Is there any special care required? I guess you wouldn't oil it down at the end of the day.

I like my camo dipped guns. I take good care of my gear, but I actually do use my stuff and when in the field it is what it is conditions wise. I feel better about a drenching rain or walking six miles through the snow, while it is still coming down and with ice freezing on the gun, with a camo dipped finish than a blue one. The rough matte finishes as found on many of the less expensive guns are terrible to keep in decent shape and a camo finish would be much better IMHO.
