camo'd the 22 mag

hi all. i just finished painting my 22 mag.well the stock any way.i ran out of paint.lol just thought i would share it will yall. when i get some more paint ill do the rest of the gun. let me know what yall think

I really like that look. How about a little info on how you did it. Such as base coat color, other colors involved, primed or not, stencils or not. Stuff like that. If I thought mine would come out like that, I would have already done my 243.

If I thought mine would come out like that, I would have already done my 243. thanks. i used 2 colors. flat black(color place) and flat tan (krylon).i didnt use a primer.i took the tan and sprayed a base coat. while it dryed i went outside and picked out a branch off a tree for a stencil. when it dryed i took the branch and layed it on the stock and sprayed the black around it. just enough to make a outline of the branch.some spots i used the whole brach and others i only used the tip, the side etc of it. i also sprayed some areas darker than others. when i got it to where i liked it i took the black and misted the whole stock to darken it up. then i finished it with a matte clear coat. hope this helps. if you have any ? let me know.
