Can someone tell me what to use for Ohio Hog hunting

I have a chance to go hog hunting in southern Ohio in March. Not sure what I want to use. Any of you hunt this area? I have many gun choices but I'm unsure what to take. What would you use?

I haven't seen the place and know nothing about it. So, I don't know if it's open or woods country. All I know so far is it's 2 hours south on I77 from Cleveland.

I have quite a few guns though but I think it will boil down to the following,
Winchester 94 30-30
Model 70 .243 4x12 scope
model 700 .300 H&H 3x9 scope
Marlin 336c .35 Rem
Mossberg Mariner 12 gauge

I'm thinking one of the bolt rifles and one of the levers because I don't know if it's open country. Also, a S&W model 629. Decided to pass on my varmint rifles as I think I don't want to carry them around and they have hi power scopes.

Many more choices in the safe but I think these will cover what I need.

Hog hunting is the same where ever you are as far as what to use is concerned. I can't see that I would use something different in Ohio than I would in say Texas.

A hog is no harder to kill than a deer. If you shoot them right, they fall down.

Personally I'd use the .300 H&H (I love that round) or the, Marlin or the Winchester... Its what ever gun you feel the most comfortable shooting is going to be the best gun fro you too use.

If you want to kill hogs in Ohio the best thing to use is a fuel card to drive to SC or GA. That's what I'm doing in March.

In all seriousness there are wild hogs in Ohio but they aren't that abundant and are in mostly southern Ohio. 2 hours south of Cleveland on I77 would put you right around my area and you need to go a little further south to find them. I'm in Harrison County and the closest I've heard is in the Egypt Valley area of Belmont county.
