Hey guys I seem to be having a problem when I reload my 44 mag the bullet is bulging out the case but only one side of the case. The bulging depth goes all the way to where the bullet stops in the case. thanks,

Does it make the loaded rounds hard to chamber? If so and these are cast bullets they might need to be size a few thousand smaller. If these are jacketted bullets and they chamber easily sounds like your FL die is a little tight. Time to break out the mic or calipers and do a little measuring.

It sould bulge the case equally all the way around.
You sure you're using the correct shell holder?
Pull the die and see if you have something built up in the die or seating plug that's forcing the bullet off-center.

If neither of those help, mark the die at 12 o'clock, loosen the lock ring and seater, rotate 90 degrees and reset the seating depth. See if that shifts the bulge 90 degrees.
The you'll be getting somewhere in solving the root cause.

I wouldn't expect those to shoot very accurately, since they're entering the forcing cone off-center.

This is not unusual. Jacketed bullets should mike out at .429 while cast bullets at .430 to .431. When sizing, dies take the case back to original dimension or slightly smaller.
Your case neck expander will open the case mouth to the correct size and bell the mouth to receive the bullet. There can be tolerance issues in the dies themselves as well as case wall thickness issues that can create the bulge you are experiencing.
Or, it may be that your seating die is starting the bullet crooked.
So long as the cartridges chamber normally and accuracy is acceptable, it should not be a big problem.
Readjusting your case mouth expander may reduce the amount of your bulge. Also, some dies come with 2 seater plugs, you may need to try the other seater plug if your bullets are being started crooked. Hope this helps.

One other possibility not mentioned above that is probably unlikely, but possible. Check your bullet seater die for proper adjustment in the press. I recently started seating bullets on my Redding Big Boss and the dies had been set for my RCBS Rockchucker. Suddenly my cases start swelling and some just as you described. I readjusted the bullet seater die to one turn off contact with the shellholder and the problem disappeared.
