case lube

This morning I resized 61 brass with the One Shot and I am hooked on it now. I cleaned the sizing die as per the instructions and began and in no time I was done. I will be using this from now on. Great product and time saver.

Just wondering, I've never heard of it happening.

Nope - never with Imperial. I have stuck two with One Shot.

I use one shot...I have had a stuck case but I think that it was my fault...didn't spray all four sides of the loading block. Really for $8 it is the best thing going...saves alot of time and the one shot does not affect the powder in any way.

Ricky Bobby, I used the spray. How do you get a stuck case out if it gets stuck? I hope I don't ever have to worry about that.

With a stuck case remover.
This is just one of several you could get.

Right there with you guys. Not even close with Imperial. 2 or 3 with One Shot.

One other though to ponder. Imperial will last you YEARS. One Shot will last a few hundred rounds.

Not trying to start an argument, as some of you guys have me convinced I should try some Imperial!

But if you are only getting a few hundred cases lubed with a can of One Shot you are applying it too heavy.
I would guess that I get roughly 1000 cases to a can and no stuck cases.
Just what I've experienced.
YMMV

One shot makes me think too much LOL, roll it this way, spray all sides, but not too, much, not too little either, let them dry.etc etc etc, maybe Im dumber than the one shot

. I prefer to just apply a small amount of Unique on a case. Just like Imperial it will last for years.

Here is one that got stuck using One Shot about 3 weeks ago:

What did you use to remove that stuck case? A backhoe?

I've stuck a case with the RCBS pad and lube and with one shot. Both my stupidity. I use to get dented shoulders with the pad and had to constantly tear my dies apart to remove excess gunk. Now I use One Shot exclusively and have no more dented shoulders and don't stick cases now that I pay attention to what I'm doing. I spray 100 cases at a time in the loading block from a 45° down angle toward the case mouth. I spin the load block and do it from all 4 sides, then walk away for about 15 minutes. When I come back they are ready to go. Just did 400 without a hiccup. The one I stuck was still wet and vapor locked into the die. The RCBS incident was due to lack of lube after getting so many dented shoulders.
