Yeah your right it most definately should be common sense.But I sometimes think that common sense is'nt very common.Ron White hit the nail on the head with that one.

There have been a number of criminal cases where an unknowing guy and a preoperative he/she start going at it and they guy discovers the he/she's 'extra equipment,' flips out and beats up or kills the he/she.
He gets an extra tough sentence because he has committed a 'hate crime.'

I agree with OK, that kind of deception should be actionable as a kind of fraud. Never happen, though, The gay mafia practically owns the Democrat party.
BTW, if you accidentally married one of these freaks post operative you would find out soon enough something warnt right.
They have to swab out their doctor-made (you know what) with a special medicine each day or else it will heal up and close (because the body still knows it is a guy and thinks the (you know what) is an open wound that needs to be healed).

Simple solution guys,tell prospective date/fiance that you have this quirk,apologize profusely,that you must first trade pictures from your kindergarten age.Sorry just a quirk I have,can't explain it,been this way for years.lol
