Have used the white Tyveks and they work, but the cloth is a bit noisy. Also, they do NOT get along with multiflora rose and other thorny brush! I have shredded several sets this way.

I had considerd using the Tyvek suits as well since we have them where I work but the noise they made was a concern for me and yes I suppose it wouldn't take much to tear them up out in the field.
I still plan on buying a nice set from Scheels someday.

Tried the Tyvek idea before. Works ok till you get into thorny brush. Then it rips easily and can be very noisy. BUT, nothing is perfect!

Nice, i ended up getting some oversized white scrub pants so i can wear whatever winter gear underneath, and I wear a military surplus parka over top everything and I cant have more than $10 invested
