Well, there is a pink and a purple chipmunk in my safe as both my daughters picked out there favorite colors and it was a good way to get them shooting when they turned 4. I cannot complain about either rifle for what they are and intended to be. If I had it to do all over again I would get them a 10/22 with the youth stock and let them grow into it. Never have been a fan of guns that can multi task but really do nothing well. Just get the correct guns for the job at hand.
