Cleaning kit for AR

I use a rag, oil and some long qtips for the majority of cleaning. In the case of cleaning the bore I use a one piece rod with patches.

What kind of kit are you looking for?
 
Kits are most often a waste of money.

Carbon fiber rod / rod guide/Hoppies bench rest / patches/ long craft pipe cleaners for gas tube/ chamber stars/ Wilson combat Ultima lube.
 
One piece rod (carbon fiber or coated)
brass jag
brass brush (looped end)
Midway bore guide (possum hollow)
cotton patches
Nylon cleaning brush
 
I keep/use one of the Otis kits in my field bag, but use a one piece rod, jag, and brush for cleaning on the bench at home...The Otis works well, but you have to be really careful not to drop/lose some of the smaller parts without having a solid surface under your cleaning area..
