climbing stand?!

Hammer,

I have a buddy who bought one. He wants to trade for my Cobra straight up, even though my stand is at least five years older. Says it's noisier than the Cobra. It definitely weighs more. I'm keepin' old faithful.

I'm not parting with mine. Mine packs easy, and I don't have to fool with unfolding and messing with pins. Just take it off and climb.

Do you back your with the cables facing up or down? Mine are down.

Alright, so i bought an API, and im feeling dumb but i cannot get the lift strap for boots figured out... i just dont know what im not seeing... its just a 1 inch strap and a plastic slide-locking buckle...

The majority said Summit, and what do you do? Get an API? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

The speed stirrups work GREAT on the Summit. Don't know about the API. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

It should look like this. Put your feet under the strap and you have a bungy cord behind your ankles.

API has the stirrups similar to the Summit.

Get them, the are worth the $20.

I use a tree saddle and it is awsome. You will need screw in steps or climbing sticks. It is very comfortable and easy to shoot a bow from. Get the deluxe model if ya get one.

Summit Open Shot...Awesome!
Bought one last night and used it this morning. 14 lbs!!!
Beats a 20 lbs climbing stick and an 18 lbs treestand! (We can't use screw in steps on state land)
