Compact (Folding) Lightweight Shooting Sticks

I am looking for a quality lightweight folding (or compact) set of shooting sticks. For a special trip next January I need to be concerned about weight and am looking for some suggestions on which is the best to purchase and where to find them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

(I checked Cabelas and didn't see any that were the folding type.)

I have a set of the Stoney Point Sticks that fold into 3 corded sections with a belt carrier that are really light, yet sturdy when you pop them open... They are a great length for sitting or kneeling.

huntsmann22 not sure if that was directed at me but the sticks i made are very lightweight and true they dont collapse however they are not very bulky and function as a walking stick. they also fit easily into the back of my vest and i dont even notice them. I was simply giving a cheap idea incase he was unable to find exactly wut he needed. no need to post three times to make your point, if u dont like them thats fine but some people can not afford 100$ for shooting sticks so this was my cheap version that function as good as my freinds more expensive version

Reading comprehension 101.

The title asked for certain criteria to be met.

1) compact
2) folding
3) lightweight

Since your choice met none of these requirements, I must have mistakenly assumed you were having a hard time understanding what the rustydog was wanting. Either that, or reading comprehension is sorely lacking. Hence my 3 posts. I figgered if you was having trouble understanding the title of the thread, then my short, simple comments, would be more likely to be absorbed.

There is nothing wrong with your choice of sticks, or their pricepoint. But it don't offer anything remotely related to his wants......

+1 on the snipepod they fold up real nice and are attached to the sling attachment on the front of your gun they only work if you are setting on the ground, if you are on a steep hill its a little tuff also but i wouldnt think of ever buying a different set they are the best in my opinion

I spoke to Brent at Snyper Stix and he set me up with exactly what I wanted. Super fast delivery and perfect for my travelling needs.

Great product and service!
