Concealed Carry Weapon

I have been carrying a full size 1911 for 43 years. When, I can not carry the 1911. I carry a S&W Chief and most of the time both.

What can I say I am old school? After 1972, I have never had to use either.

In my 38, I load an inverted hollow base wad cutter. In my 45, I carry Winchester silver tips.

yep awesome gun and reliable for the price .. as well as alittle heavier , shoots real nice with the added weight and the grip extension on the mag gives you a true 3 finger grip below the trigger .. also ive heard rubber grips are offered with some models and guys are saying even more accurate and comfort in the hand ... gotta figure in some countrys .380 is all the people are allowed to own as far as hand guns so after alot of reviews and such i found or came to the conclusion that i was gonna pick one up and like above am gonna get another !!

if you want the 9mm , i like the glock 19 or 26 .. 19 being a bit more all purpose but both have hide well for me

Thanks to all, this is a real good thread. Lots of good info. I am leaning toward adding a compact 9mm. The M&P 9C feels good as well as the Glock 19. I have not held a Glaock 26 with the mag. extension yet. I am concerned that the 9mm will sit in the safe cause the Keltec is so easy to conceal. Thanks for all the info. I have too many good firearms that stay in the safe now.

i say if your goin bigger then the keltec , spend the $ and get a holster , specially if your gonna carry for long periods .... a good comfortable holster with good concealment may also make a world of difference as to what gun stays home and what gun goes with ya ...lol

I carry a Taurus slim 40 cal. I love, love, love it. Its thin soyou cannot tell i have it on even with a t-shirt on. It also as a manual safety and a bullet in chamber indicator. I would reccomend it to each and everyone of you.

I will put in a vote for the Kahr CW9. It is very concealable yet provides a healthy grip to enjoy shooting accurately. I have been very pleased with it's accuracy as well. I was really shopping for a pocket carry size CM9. But after I handled the CW9 I decided it's size was very manageable for a 9mm.
