Coyote hunting in Co.

I will be driving to Denver CO in April to see my son. I was thinking of coyote hunting in the Gunnison area of Colorado. Can anyone give me any info or maybe a better place to hunt?

You have picked a wonderfull spot. I went throught there 3 weeks ago early morning saw 5 coyotes in the 32 miles crossing the valley alot of public land once away from pass. But I would ask the ranches bet money they will let you hunt.

Gunnison is incredibly cold and inhospital as far as climate goes. April is a fairly heavy snow month.

Bundle up and make sure you have good tires.

Hunting should be spectacular as the 'yotes will be pretty thin and hungry just before the big thaw.
