Coyotes, Little Girls, Bucks, and Silly Hats...

That is very cool, congratulations on having a daughter that is interested and good for you for taking time! Tell her congratulations!

Thats great , congrats to the both of you . My daughter is 3 and already wanting me to buy her a bow to shoot with daddy . I hope she wants to hunt and fish with me when she gets older .

Love the hat too !

Great job. Nothing like it. That's what memories are made of.

Her rifle appears to be a Rem. Mountain rifle. What caliber?

6mm06, good eye. It is indeed a Remington Mountain Rifle. It's chambered for 7mm08. All my children that are old enough to hunt, and wanted to hunt, killed bucks with this rifle. Pretty sure bet it will never be for sale. It's topped with a Vari XIII 2.5-8X Leupold.

That's cool, congrats to your daughter. Never could get my baby girl interested but her brother is a real killer. He's about outgrown hunting with Dad though. I'm a change of pace when he's not on his own or with same age buddies

+1.

That's a world class buck. "Class" as in "classy".

That's a great rifle, great caliber and great scope. As to the children using that outfit and finding success, well, that's better than great, that's priceless.

Can you ship one of those hats in blaze orange? I think you may be on to a business if you did! Nice hunt that will never be forgotten by either of you.

Good job on that coyote as well.

I'll second that one!! Give her a hug and a pat on the back, and tell her all of us here at PM are proud of her! Great first buck, wish my first one had been that big!! (o;?

Troy, my friend, outstanding! Please convey to your daughter that she has a huge fan out here in CA in my daughter, Alyssa. I showed her the photo of the deer and she said, "one day I want to shoot a deer like that!"

Nice going on your part as well. Our kids are the future and time spent with them in the outdoors is beyond priceless. As long as my kids want to go, I'll never stop taking them.

Again, nice job. We need to see more of this.
