Crow and Coon Sounds

Hey guys, I recently purchased a Spitfire and want to add some raccoon and crow sounds. If you could choose your favorite, most used raccoon and crow sounds, what would you use? Going to purchase/download some soon but would like some opinions first.

Foxpro Raccoon sounds I have had success with. N02,N03,N06 and N09. If you aren't limited to just considering Foxpro sounds Minaska has a very good library of MP3 Raccoon sounds that download ala cart. For Crow sounds again if your open to NON Foxpro sounds look for a used Johnny Stewart cd.... CROW CALLS vol.1 The sounds on the CD are in MP3 and should play fine on your Foxpro.

Raccoon fight

Raccoon pup cries, either one, I intermix bith. Not sure if it helps, but it helps my 3 second attention span

Johnny Stewart's "Crow Come Here" has produced more crows for me than any of the Fox Pro's or Bob Aronson's, or other Johnny Stewart calls that I have used.

Yep.. especially on the big old she-coon.

I find 'coons are just like humans.. it's usually the females that want to fight.

crow and owl works the best for me, it really riles the crows up and they often forgo sending their scout in first, they just rush in.

Haven't hunted coons yet but for crows I use the crow/owl fight and distressed crow calls. I set up an owl decoy on an elevated level (fencepost/tree limb) and some crow decoys (either dove decoys painted black or rolled up black trash bags the same size) lying on the ground.

Usually get 3 or 4 mobs of crows to a single setup.

The FoxPro 'young coon distress' and 'coon fight' are the 2 I use on every stand for sure. If you were to have only 2 coon sounds then make these those 2 and you will kill coons.

This is a great strategy. I usually start with BA's come here, then crow gathering, then crows/owls or crows/hawks followed by injured crow or struggling crow after first wave of shooting.
