Crye Precision Nightcap?

Anyone use the Crye nightcap, and if so what do you think about it.
I am looking for a less bulky alternative to my helmet. I will need to mount a PVS14 in the front, an illuminator on one side and a LED light on the other side.
By the time that I do that is there any advantage to the CRYE?

I'm interested as well.

I want something to mount my LD19a on while I'm hunting. I wonder if this would work.

I don't think I need a super tactical helmet because the coyotes around here are not armed combatants

They work great for quick and easy head mounting. We still recommend a small counterweight though.

We sell a ton of these caps BTW. I have one on each of our bug out bags

If you are gonna just run what you listed it's a great product wait let me say again and no I don't get paid to advertise. I have hunted with my Crye cap and it's comfy I do have a picitany rail and have run a t-20 Ir on the side as well. You can ball it up and throw in your pocket minus your nod. I have a one pound counter weight on the back as well.

I did this very thing last night. Definitely needs a counterweight, but it works. I tried the UNV MDVR velcroed to the back and it worked ok.

I love mine. I have a PVS14 mounted to mine. Cant say for the pulsar.

Light weight and works. Way cheaper than some of the alternatives.

Edit: I didn't read your whole post. I only run a PVS14 on mine and don't have much issue with the weight being all of the front. I have to adjust it now and then. As for mounting IR or light on it, I have never tried that. I typically scan with my T20 in my hand while walking in.

I think you can as long as you have a counter weight!!!

I am new at this so might screw up the names. In order from my head to the Pulsar, it goes: Night Cap, Wilcox shroud, Wilcox G11, j-arm, Pulsar.
