I talked to FoxPro last year on this when I was writing a rundown of their Ecallers for a different website, their response was that the power unit and speaker are NOT the same on the CS24B or the Hellfire. They're different equipment, let alone different circuitry.
Honestly though, in my research, the Hellfire should really surpass the Wildfire II as the "budget friendly" FoxPro model. Louder (louder than a Wildfire + SP-55) and more call sounds, the Hellfire is actually well worth the price difference.
