I guess it depends on what sort of decoy ya want to use and whether or not your going to use fusion or the mixed sounds. And how much wind ya battle in NE. If your going to use both of those options and/or ya deal with high wind on a regular basis then a PB is prob a good choice, but it is a big beast compared to the others.

An sp60 can be plugged into any of the units mentioned. I carry one in the truck all the time just in case, but I can count on one hand how many times I've used it. Unless you live in an area with regular high winds or hunt contests and are forced to hunt in those conditions ya really don't need an extra speaker. Most units will wake the dead in the next County with the stock speaker. I prefer the CS24 units, but I play the same 5-6 sounds, don't use a decoy, try to get in a dozen stands per day, and don't have time or want to take time packing/unpacking extra gear. The more time ya spend opening/closing zippers, clanking metal in metal the higher probability your going to get busted before ya ever push the play button.

I wouldn't over think it or buy expensive accessories for the one or three times a year ya might need it. There is no wrong/right unit to buy. Keep it simple and buy the one that fits your needs and style.

People have different methods and different opinions on many elements of coyote hunting. If you pay attention to Derby Acres Bob's posts, he uses an extra speaker on every stand. I guarantee you that it is not just to get more volume. He is covering a lot bigger area the way he sets up, and it has proved to be beneficial to him. I like taking advantage of full use of the stereo amplifier on the Fusion and covering a wider sound cone. Some of the stereo sounds and features like Foxmotion work much better with separate speakers, in my opinion. Some people don't believe it would benefit them so they go a different route.

My set up is quick, quiet, and very effective. I do what has proven effective for me. It is not a matter or right or wrong in your choice.

I really appreciate all of the info, you guys now have me off of the PB package and now between the Fusion SP60 and the Shockwave. With Decoy on either, I could create yhe V with the moveable speakers of the Shockwave. Do they operate the same amp system? As I. Is one combo louder than the othet?

My setup is a Fusion w/ SP60 and a Mojo Super Critter. I use to carry all 3 in the main pocket of a Cabela's lumbar style pack with extra batteries, flashlights, what nots, and a few other hand calls and things in the smaller external pouches. Now I carry my Fusion and SP60 in a small 2 pocket back pack that way I can leave it behind or just set it to the side of I want to use just hand calls on a stand. I still use the lumbar pack for my decoy and the stuff I use or want with me on every set. The Fusion and SP60 is quick and simple to setup and isn't hard to pack around at all.
