CZ 527 stock swap

I seriously doubt it. I am a stock snob, and the HS mine has is plenty good. In the grand scheme, the CZ527 is such a small seller, especially in Varmint format, that the R&D would likely never pay for itself. Of those that would be interested in such a stock, the options offered by Bell and Carlson, HS Precision, and Boyds have eaten up the majority of the market.

As for the Boyds thumbhole, it is quite a long reach between the
web of the thumb and tip of trigger finger. One could do some
filing, sanding, etc., to the area to shorten the distance and
would probably require refinishing the whole stock. As is, they
are not glove friendly at all.

Thanks Danno, thats one of the rests I've seen. It could be used on a variety of rifles to. Seeing your Dr. is a pretty good idea also.

Guess it has been a couple years. My hand was broken and the bone was never set so maybe that’s giving me issues now with the cold and holding it in the position for a longer time.

I hand to have my left hand fixed.
My two middle fingers would snap.
Doctor had to clean the ligaments.
Hope you get better.
