I am thinking about buying a CZ 20g 26" barrel side by side for for upland game where I do a lot more walking than shooting. It is only 6 Lbs. I have shot alot of birds in my youth with a side by side 16g with double triggers. Any one out there used the Bobwhite? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

My friend has the Bobwhite in 16 ga and i have the Ringneck in 16 ga. He likes double trigger but i prefer single trigger so i purchased the Ringneck . I used the 16 ga Ringnecks on Pheasants in SD last years and hammered them . I do like the straight English style stock just wish they offered the Bobwhite with single trigger. If you like double trigger guns then get the Bobwhite because it is a good buy in a double shotgun. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

I have the ringneck in 28 ga. Love the gun. It fits me well but that is a personal thing.

Sometimes I wish that it had auto ejectors, but that would be tought to do with a gun like this at $900.00 or so dollars. It is really a great bargain. Putting a side by together for that price is pretty amazing.

When I hunt chukars in flatter country or any quail, it is a debate whether I take my Beretta 686 28ga or the CZ. For steeper country I take my Bennelli Super 90 in 12.

I've owned a Bonwhite for 2 years now. Nice shotgun, not very expensive. My only complaint so far is that the Turkish walnut seems a bit soft. It is easy to make impressions in the wood. Other than that, it shoots well and the barrels seem to be regulated properly.
