Day walking

Had a successful day calling draws and bottoms around Black Bear Creek. I got a bobcat double on one stand. The first one came from behind me to den raid, and a couple of minutes later, the second one came in from the front to the sound of pup distress3.

Other than a momma w/2 kits that just wandered by a deer stand and got a pass many years ago, I've never seen 2 cats on a single stand. The one on the left is a bigun! WTG, Jeremy.

Not counting lip squeaks from stand when bow hunting, I haven't called many more coyotes and no cats than that in the 11 years I have been chasing them. Fantastic and a GREAT pic as always.

I had always had it in my head to never play coyote sounds if there was a chance of a cat or fox coming in. Another preconceived notion bites the dust...
