Dead on Case trimmer - FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!!!

Thanks for pics of the bench BOB. I just bought a house and am building my bench this week. Ideas are racing through me head of what exactly I want and need.

It really speeds up the powdering process when loading big batches of ammo. It just about gives you a steady pace of always dumping a pan of powder into a case.. ie. it eliminates down time of waiting for the machine to dump a charge. Although, I think 4 chargemasters running at the same time would most likely be optimal.

I had that exact thought when I saw those. That is my only complaint.I spend lots of time waiting on a charge. I know you can tweek the speed but it is still slow in my books!

quick question for ya, im still getting setup to begin reloading for my ar 15 and i still need a case trimmer, would you recommend this trimmer for a beginner reloader or would something like the worlds finest trimmer be more up my alley. the reason i ask is i dont know the ins and outs of using a trimmer chucked up in a drill and i dont want to go screwing up more brass than necessary

The dead on case trimmer is by far better than the WFT2, hence the reason for this post. It is way easier to set up and dial in regardless of level or ability.

I'm a fan of the Chargemaster myself. I'd have more than one if I had money to spend on all my whims.

If the question has been answered already, please cut me some slack because I am old and because I cannot see beyond my nose without 9x magnification...but I am wondering if this trimmer eliminates the chamfering step. If it does I may just have to go that route.

You still have to chamfer.

No kidding, I've got CHIT everywhere on mine.

The best technique I've found is to simply buy/build a new workbench when you find that your current workbench(es) have become full.

Matt.

He's got a FB page, Dead on Trimmers

I don't think there's a website for them. Use the phone number and call Dustin direct and he can help you out. Great guy and the trimmer is the best I've used yet.

I like that set up, a lot... 3 Chargemasters isn't enough though... I've got two, looking @ another two or possibly a Promethius!

Dang it, Bob. I didn't even know I needed more Charge Masters until now. I should have' of course. I just didn't. A guy shouldn't look at other kids toys. It just ruins you....

Tim,

I was able to buy the extra chargemasters with all the money you saved me on the Jewell triggers during the group buy you spearheaded!

BTW, Thank you again for running that.

All the best,

Bob
