House Republicans say they’ve uncovered a massive scam by the Democrats that ripped taxpayers off for $5 billion in waste, fraud and abuse. The money was budgeted to pay for 4,277 “phantom jobs” that didn’t really exist, while the money was actually funneled to support various radical priorities, like “gender-affirming” surgery for prison inmates and arts-and-culture grants to unidentified groups.
We know what you’re thinking: What else is new? Haven’t we already heard this? Well, yes, on the federal level. But this particular multi-billion-dollar Democrat fraud and abuse scam was just in Michigan alone. Sounds like all 50 states need their own DOGE.

Bowser welcomes National Guard: With President Trump's executive order directing the takeover of Washington, DC's police force set to expire next week, Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser is apparently loath to see this effective crime crackdown end. On Tuesday, Bowser issued her own executive order directing the Metropolitan Police Department to continue its coordination with federal law enforcement "to the maximum extent allowable by law within the District." Bowser explained that this would "provide the pathway forward beyond the Presidential emergency." The White House praised Bowser's action, stating, "The Mayor's fellow Democrats should take note, working with President Trump means safer communities and less crime — no one in their right mind could seriously oppose that."

Until the media and everybody starts screaming about Gov spending and inflation, we won't survive. Over 20 years of 2% inflation (Gov target) one dollar is worth 60 cents. And your Gov assessment of your property goes up 10% a year. Taxes go up >2% per year. Gov spending goes up faster. Politicians of both stripes won't change and their 'income' is protected. Gov. speak won't solve the problem. Workers fighting for 3% wage increase won't solve the problem either. The good old wage/inflation spiral. I get the 'stupid' thought every once in a while to vote D and let the country go into an uprising but you have to realize they will just take your guns to prevent it. Get you head out of the sand.
