Was just thinking about that awhile back, if Greta Thunberg could run for the POTUS as a Democrat, she would probably get a huge number of votes if not win, the Democrats just proved that they don't need a competent POTUS, and that the party will run/control the country, they just need to get back in power.

ETA: Just read where he was admitted to hospital today. Heart issue caused him to get light headed and fall, injuring his face. Stayed in hospital to follow up on the heart issue as I understand it. Prayers for his recovery, he's the only sane one on that side of the aisle.

According to respected pollster Matt Towery, the shutdown was no accident of political dysfunction. Speaking on “The Ingraham Angle” Wednesday, Towery dropped a bombshell that should outrage every American who believes government exists to serve the people, not political ambitions. He’s basically saying that this was calculated sabotage.

From ‘The Ingraham Angle’ via BizPac Review:

“It was the Democrats who started this whole thing. They did it to hurt the Trump economy.
Because as long as they could keep this shutdown going, they could hurt the economy. And so the economic numbers, when they come out, won’t look as good.”

So, while travelers missed family gatherings and struggling families worried about their next meal, Democratic leadership allegedly orchestrated this chaos for one purpose: to damage President Trump’s economic record. Healthcare subsidies? Really? That’s what this was about? Towery explicitly rejected that notion, calling it a smokescreen for a “broader strategy to damage Trump’s standing with voters.”
