Just learned today that a Dick's Sporting goods store will be opening in the Albuquerque, NM area. About 3 miles from my house. Never shopped at Dick's . Do they carry firearms and reloading components??
 
Yes they carry firearms and some reloading stuff.

Hunting and fishing supplies too.

There was one in New York I went to that carried foxpros and other pred calls.

Yours might be the same.
 
No reloading components in the ones in my area, some deals to be had here and there on guns, ammo seems crazy priced most of the time.
 
Dicks has several stores in my area. None are really what I call hunting stores. They are more of a yuppie sports store, selling more soccer, golf, clothing, and what have you than hunting equipment. They do sell a few overpriced firearms, and limited ammo. I don't expext to find any 6.8 SPC ammo there though. I've also not seen any reloading supplies at all. They carry a minimal stock of optics, and a fair selection of archery equipment. Last time I went up there I was looking for some Leupold bases for a Remington 700. They had none in stock and told me they could order them for me. LOL.. I have bought some hang on deer stands and stick ladders there but that's about it.
 
I have good luck at Dicks

Good prices and selection too. I have often found things there when some of the other outdoor stores are sold out.
