Dillon No BS Warranty

Kind of a product/company review here. I have owned a Dillon 550B for about 12-14 years. From day one it has been set up to load for my .45ACP's. Recently it started flipping primers an putting them in upside down. I emailed Dillon and the only two things they wanted to know was age of the unit and my address so they could upgrade the unit at no cost. Dang, that's great customer service. I would /will recommend to them to anyone.
 
Nice to know some companies stand behind their products. I have a Hornady Apex that has been a lemon since day one and the company discontinued it. There warranty is basically worthless.
 
I load a lot of handgun ammo (rabid IPSC and steel shooter) and I have never understood why Dillon Precision continues to replace parts and pieces on warranty for free even though I told them the parts wore out from normal use. They even replace stuff that I break from carelessness.
 
I do the same as Mr. Hansen, I too have needed little things here and there from Dillon and they have replaced free of charge!! They are an outstanding company, i have converted all my friends to using a Dillon!! I still use a single stage press for intricate work but when I need rounds and lots of them I go to my Dillon that I have had for 10 years!!

Dillon's warranty and customer service is top notch ! I have had an XL 650 for years and a Square Deal for longer . I have even called them for parts and told them I wanted to pay for them since the reason they broke was my own stupidity and they sent the parts free of charge ! As far as I am concerned , there will always be at least one blue press on my bench . I couldn't think of a reason to even consider another brand of progressive reloading press .
