I've had an XL650 for a few years now. Never had a problem. About a year ago I lost one of the pins that keep the brass from flying out as the shell holder rotates when auto indexing. Scoured the reloading area to no avail. I was going to buy a spare parts kit seeing as it's always a good idea to have spare parts, as the pin is included in the kit anyway.

Figured I'd call to get a price on the pin anyway. $1.28 for the pin plus shipping so I'm thinking ~$6 isn't so bad, I'll just be more careful. Gent that answered the phone was really nice and said, "I'll just send one out to you" after he verified my customer account.

Little package comes in the mail yesterday...THREE new pins - no charge!

Dillon Precision for the WIN!!!!

I had a problem with the feeder for the new primers on my 550B called the factory and spoke with a guy that had me run a few test on the machine and then had me ship it back to the factory for a complete rebuild at no CHARGE. This 550B is over 35 years old and I have loaded over 500,000 rounds of both handgun and rifle ammo on it. You just can't beat Dillion. They stand by their equipment.
