Does anyone know of a bolt extension or bent bolt handle for Ruger 77/17?

Let me clarify - My bolt handle runs, it runs fine even - but it doesn't run PERFECT. I want to have clearance so that I can really move that sucker when a dog is one the run and not get caught trying to rerun the bolt with gloves on when it is 20 below zero. I'd say I have a mm or 2 clearance - maybe more, but there is a better way - I know there is.

Yes I have no problem with my gun in pictures I posted. I love to shoot that gun!

I don't have a problem with mine either, I just want to take good/great to spectacular. Maybe it is something I should just invent I suppose.
