does your state allow cross bows?

Crossbows are a blast to shoot. They shoot the same as a compound bow. A 300 FPS compound will do the same as a 300FPS crossbow. We tested them the other night. The only difference the crossbow tends to be more accurate for a person that does no practice on a regular bow. I feel if it can get more hunters into the woods why not. I just bought the top of the line Ten Point bow. Awesome

Allowed only if you are physically impaired, or you have reached your 62'nd birthday.

Why 62? No idea... probably some 61 year old bureaucrat last year wanted to use one this year... just guessing. At least the bureaucrat gets out there and hunts!

Probably SSI you know retirement age I suspect.

Here in Ohio it's been allowed along time. I use an Excalibur. I do believe crossbows have a slight edge over compounds. Stick Bow fella's are at a disadvantage for sure.

It would'nt bother me for the first 15-20 days going to stick bow only guy's though, no crossbows, no wheel bows, no sights.
