DOG FOOD???

I use Diamond Naturals and have had great success. Dogs are very healthy and easily outperform their littermates who get the cheap stuff.

My dogs do real well on Diamond. I mix the maitenance and energy blends. I also feed the puppy blend if my females have a litter our vet told us it will help keep her in better condition and so far it has worked great.

I feed the kirkland sig stuff. 4/5 on the dogfoodadvisor.com. And at $26/40lbs, it's great. My Lab and Chessie do real well on it.

I've heard Blue Buffalo was real good but it's not sold anywhere
around us or I'd give it a try.

It's worth a look if you find it. It is pricey though, about $2 per lb. But as my vet says, quality food may cost a bit more, but if it saves an expensive health problem down the road it's worth it. I went with it cause grains give my GSP bad enough gas you have to leave the room. BB was the highest protein % blend I could find, greatly improved that problem.

I use Black Gold, yellow bag in the off season and the black stuff when working them hard, I use the black for pups too, got that tip from my dealer, the pups do great on it.
