dove ,is it good eating?

Marmalade jam and a little soy sauce. Place breast on a small piece of foil, put a small spoon full of jam on them and cover with a little sesame seed....wrap....throw them on the grill!!
 
Glad too hear yall are gettin some birds up your way mjr, last time I was up your way was bow elk season a few years back. Was no birds at that time and in speaking to a G&F he said that was what he missed most in being transfered up yonder. There have been some excelent recepies posted. Have filleted the breast and made some good jerky with em as well. Just fire up the grill and let your imagination run.
