i shot some groups this morning with 2 different powders,w748,reloader 7. sierra 53 hp bullet,cci 450,lc08 brass

Try some Benchmark and I bet your groups will shrink!

Mine loves any bullet with benchmark.

i think they will shrink more the more i shoot it,only has 60 rounds through it. the more i shoot it,the more comfortable i get shooting it.

dmpowder,what loads would you suggest for benchmark powder and this bullet?

Srart at base load for 53gr bullet with benchmark 24gr. Max load is 26gr

Stick around the 25 gr area. I haven't played with the 53's to much but if you step up to the 55's drop to 24.5 and hold her steady. Like posted above 24.5 gr of benchmark will shoot any 55gr bullet and make me look good! Also don't over look 8208XBR I have been getting the same results!
