DPMS GII Hunter .243

First time poster here! Was just curious if anyone has a recommendation or experience in what grain to use. 1:9 twist with a 20" barrel.

I don't have that rifle, but will be very interested in seeing your results as you test it out as I've been interested in them for a while.

Personally, I've had great luck the last few years with the 87 gr vmax. There's been a few messes, but all sewable so far.

Get Dogtown 70gr from Midway. Cheap and it's accounted for truck loads of coyotes in my 20" AR10 243

So far, I've grouped best with 58gr vmax, but not to bad in 95gr hornady sst

As soon as your bday rolls around buy a van load of 70 dogtown and your set. Cant even load it for that price.
