Eastern Coyote Hunting Video!

Thought that might draw some attention!
I believe most folks want to see one.
I think it would be interesting to have a Western caller make one. Which video producer will give it a shot?

These are some states that spark my interest:

New York
Pennsyvania
Ohio
Maine
North Carolina
New Hampshire
South Carolina

Anyone interested in this kinda product chime in.
I think maybe this could help get the ball rolling on a project from Byron South, Randy Anderson and some of the others that produce the videos.
 
It's already been done and the second being worked on now. The first is still in editing and almost done acording to it's maker.I am hoping to see one of the first coppies real soon. You will just have to wait a bit longer. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Jimmie
 
In several eastern states.

What you will see is a number of diferent terrain types that will be familiar to all of us.Coyote populations are diferent in all the areas called and kills were made in each of the states filmed as well as some misses. I hope he did some work in it on setup, that is one of the things beginners really have a hard time with.I know there are some tough situations that were dealt with in it as well. Jimmie
 
I been gone on a hunting trip for the last 9 days and just came home ans seen this. Was going to wait till next week to say anything but since the topic is here, I will let the cat out of the bag or coyote.

Be on the look out the middle of next week around Wend for the release of Predators Hunting The East Series Part One!

Kee Kee, I look forward to the tape. Western yote tapes while interesting to watch, don't provide all that is needed to hunt in the east. I'm awaiting the release!
 
I would say around Wend, or Thurs. We are just getting some legal stuff done now and they are the hold up. And we are waiting on some jackets for the dvd's! And we will be ready to roll!!!!! It took forever and alot of hard work but Im happy with it for a first video!

i would love to see one shot in PA i would buy it just to beleive it, but i think it would be alot of blank tape. good luck

And if you fellows knew what all Keekee has had to learn in order to do this you wouldn't beleive it. I know from My own experience the LBL footage was hard to get in that open hardwood environment.Hiding a pair of hunters and a cameraman in there was not the easiest thing to do. I don't know for certain that kill is on there or not, only Keekee knows that at this point.

PAHUNTER,I am not going to let anything I know out of the bag yet. That is up to Keekee, these are his productions.Several of us have talked over what the eastern hunter needs in variety. We also realize that some folks are going to say " well it wasn't done here, our coyotes are diferent" The idea is to show folks a large variety of conditions that occur all over the east. With diferent population numbers and hunter pressure when ever and where ever they can be found. And hopefully everyone can see something in them they can relate too. I believe Keekee is more than capable of doing this. He is as good a hunter as any I have seen on film or in person.

BTW Kee, I found that honey hole and a couple of more. So get on down here for part two.I think one of them might produce a cat. Saw her near there last winter.Schedules are going to work out for finals to be done by thursday.I also found an eight inch standing dead dogwood that will be in the stack this week. Jimmie
 
I'am very glad to hear one has finally arrived I wanted one of these in the 80's when I started out.I dont know if it will be on the video but brent makes some of the best coyote sounds I have ever heard.
 
Thanks guys!!!! And I mean that! We put tons of work in this video! And so much thought it was stressful! We reworked it over and over and ran threw hundreds of ideas! Shoot, re-shoot, re-shoot again!

I want to say THANKS for all the feed back that came from here! I mean that! Great people with great ideas right here on the board made this happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I haft to say THANKS to all of you for the help!!!!!!!!!

But I want to say one thing! This is not a bang flop video! It is "Back to Basics" We thought this over and over and seen and heard the need for a basic coyote eastern hunting how to video, so thats the way we went. There is a ton of info in the video, and will be a ton more in the next one to! We already started off filming on the next one and already have some great stuff lined up!

I really hope it meets all the needs out there and gives all the eastern hunters the info the need to get started and make sure they are on the right track.
