Well, shucky-darn. It didn't work very well on a 2d hard to
clean barrel. Got the heavy duty stuff yesterday and tried it.
Instructions say for cold oven cleaning, to leave it on for 20
minutes. Then, if that doesn't work, leave it on overnight. I
tried both. Shine a bore light, look through the other end and
just about get blinded. It DID make the bore shiny! But then I
used the Lyman bore scope which revealed very little removal of
carbon had actually been done. Another barrel got Flitzed. I'm
wondering what would happen if the barrel is warmed to 200*,
then treated with Easy-Off?

I'm beginning to wonder if it has happened because of Wipe out
and Accelerator, but I do use brushes. Perhaps any residue
should be thoroughly cleaned out with something like acetone?
