As you can see I cut it at 11 degrees like Old Turtle said, but my groups have really opened up. It is much lighter now though.

I have a 223 ackley that I cut to 19.750" shoots good and is not much slower than a 26" barrel

Thats pretty much exactly what mine will be if I cut it down, it already has the HS stock factory.
