Sometimes if you dont tap on your scope after making adjustments it gets stuck and then moving it around in and out of truck or case bumps it and it adjust with out you knowing it.??? Just a thought.

The Elites track very well not a commen problem but its possible...test it. Did u sight in on a cold/hot barrel?same box/lot of ammo?lots of variables come into play.If it doesnt hold zero send it back great warrenty and get another because its worth haven.Good Luck

I had a similar problem on my 375 ultra (moose gun) rear dove tail in my scope mounts was loose. Had to replace the mount and is now as good as gold.

Be sure everything is tight or you got a hot/cold barrel group. I have only had 4 of the Elites but they all track and hold zero great.

I have had 4 Elites, (2) 3200's and (2) 4200's and all functioned perfect. If there is a problem with the scope, Bushnell Customer Service worked for me...just a little slow.

Long story short: Purchased a 3200 on clearance a few years ago with the discontinued "3-2-1" reticle. Sighted it in and hunted with it but could not get used to the reticle. Sent the scope back to Bushnell under the "1 Year, No Questions Asked, Bullet Proof Warranty". About 6 weeks later I received a brand new 3200 with the standard, Multi-X reticle. I could have also gotten my money back or added some extra cash and moved up to the 4200.

ok i guess i shouldve added more to my feed. i checked and double checked to make sure everything was tight, it was cold so i waited 5-10 minutes in between groups(maybe not long enough), and i tapped the scope when i made any adjustments and it seemed to track really well. just seemed odd cause how tight it will shoot and then poof its way off....ill check everyhting again today
thanks again guys
Jason

Hmm, mine, like others, holds very well on my 300 wsm. A 204 doesn't burn super hot, 10 mins should have been enough. You might have found a dud. I'd give it another go and if it doesn't hold again call Bushnell, the elite warranty should cover it.
