Elite Iron

Anyone have any experience with their suppressors? I'm toying with the idea of getting in the waiting line for a stamp and Elite Iron was recommended to me and I have never heard of them. Any thoughts?

I ordered the Bravo 1 and I'm waiting on it right now.

I tried ordering direct from the company in Potomac but they referred me to one of their dealers in Helena.

Wish I had more info for you.

One of the guys I shoot with has multiple EI cans and swears by them. They all perform very well. I would not have a problem buy any of their products. I have met the owners (they are set up a knob Creek st every machine gun shoot) several times and they are pretty stand up people too.

My NFA dealer keeps a selection of different makers in stock so you can try them out, I shot AAC, Thunderbeast, Gemtech and some others including Elite Iron. The E.I. was at least as quiet as all the others and a few hundred dollars less in price, also has a great warranty. I bought two and didn't have to cry when I bought them either.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm just wondering how much difference I would notice in the weight from the Eliteiron to the Thunder Beast which has some titanium in it. It is hard to know what the feel will be like on the gun other than just reading weights. Any thoughts on how much an extra 8 ounces feels like on the end of the barrel?

You will feel the weight, but unless you are an operator/swat/recon/seal/mall ninja, is it really worth the extra coin? Shooting off a bench, or off a bipod/sticks in the feild, it won't make a bit of difference.
