Tell a little more about them.
If they are tanned just put them in the want ads here or any one of the hunting / shooting forums. If they aren't and are fresh contact anyone of the hide and fur buyers, Google a listing. You can also contact a furrier if they are garment worthy.
I used to skin for a deer processor and kept the hides for wages. I sold to a garment manufacture in central WI, they took care of the paperwork. If anyone wanted to keep their hide they were charged a skinning fee.
