I hope they get you taken care of soon.
FWIW, I had great luck with TC and their customer service(the couple times I had to use them) before S&W took over. I'm sure with switching things around there will be delays and long waits for some unfortunate people.
To the OP, hope the rifle comes back sooner than expected.
Im sure, you have to have great CS when you have so many production issues, i just hope they get the OP all fixed up. I agree, call them everyday with the same issue, maybe youll get it quicker.
Using that logic, Leupold must have a ton of production issues as everyone raves about how awesome their customer service is!
Got my first TC product in 1991 and have owned several since that time. I have also known quite a few other people who have them without any issues. Last year was the first time I had a defective product. TC took care of it promptly. The other time I dealt with CS was with a ramrod that I broke. They sold me a new one and shipped it promptly.
I was told by one of their CS reps last year that the CS department employed total of 5 reps. Either that means S&W cut the department or they don't have that many issues.
Sorry for hijacking the post. TC should take care of this problem in a more efficient manner!
Thats not what i said,i said you have to have good CS if you have issue, NOT that every good CS means that, and i agreed they need to get it taken care of,
